Food is always good. Hate the new barbeque sauce though. More sweet than smoky. Not my favorite on a nugget.

Possibly the most adorable lunch spot beside 99 cent "fresh"pizza (totally debatable) works seem sufficient in taking orders however I do recommend asking for fresh fries a nice way to say w/o saying it ask 4 salt free fries.

Fast and friendly. What can I say. Come here often if in the area. It's worth it

Had a fantastic experience in this place with my friend. The food comes out quickly and the service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.

My weakness at one point in my life I was too addicted to Wendy's bakinator chezz burger, their jalapino chezz burgers and my favorite side I never live out there chili chezz fries. I gained 7 pound From my addiction to eating Wendy's every day for two months straight, But I wight 100pound so I kinder needed these extra 7point weight gain😋

Average burgers they had no salad on the day of our visit so disappointing. Fries were ok warm not hot overall would I use again not sure wasnf overly impressed.

Quick service where you can order it from the touch screen board. The restaurant itself was clean and the workers were friendly. The service was fast as well!The burgers were delicious and they had 2 for 5$ promotions but unlike Europe I am taking about good burgers! It was delicious and fresh! I definitely recommend this fast food restaurant!

Modern and clean looking. The staff seem to look flustered and disorganized... even when the place is empty. Ordered the 4 for 4. The burger 🍔 was disgusting... however the fries 🍟 were fresh and perfectly done. The chicken nuggets were as good as always. Got the garden salad 🥗... it was good. Was surprised that the fountain coke was perfectly carbonated...

THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY "DIVA". THE RESTAURANT IS CLEAN, THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN. I'VE EXPERIENCED THE BEST SERVICE OF ANY FAST FOOD EVER. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STOP BY

Quick service and staffs are friendly compared to other Wendys in the city. This is my favorite spot for the 4 4 4 deal.

Best fast food you can grab!

The place was clean. No lines, they have kiosks set up so you will not wait on line to order. Fast service 🤗👍🏼

I like the fact that they offer breakfast now and the breakfast bacon eater that I had was pretty good.

I dont have pictures to share but the manager at this wendy's is named Luis he was so friendly and had such a light spirit. He was very nice. He made our time at wendy's fun and light hearted.

I had the frosted lemonade and fries. The fries were okay but I liked the chick fil a sauce. I loved the frosted lemonade I was pleasantly surprised. The line went quickly and I didn't need to wait long for my food. They also have gluten free options.

Food is okay, as far as fastfood goes. Top bad there's no vegetarian burger option.

Very well organised and accessible restaurant. They offer generous meals and for affordable prices. We enjoyed the menu a lot and the waiters were super amiable and chatty. Highly recommended.

It was everything I expected from one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

Staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Wait tine isn't that long. Cups will be given for you to have your drinks as you wait and refill at will. They have wifi and it's pretty spacious. Don't forget the $4 for $4 deal, Nice touch guys.

Food was good, ordering machine worked well, and the staff was friendly. Dining area was fine except one of the ice dispensers was out of order. I enjoyed my 4 for $4!

Rating is 3.75 rounded up to 4. The spicy chicken nuggets are quite tasty with the honey mustard sauce, the chicken sandwich and burger from the value menu are reasonably priced for sandwiches that are way better than usual fast food (although the lettuce isn't that great), and the fries were okay to fine. That said, it doesn't reach the transcendence of Chick-fil-A, there's nowhere to sit, and the entirety of the restaurant is chaos around lunch time. That averages out to an experience that is above average but not the best-in-class for NYC fast food.

The app makes coming here a plus. Not a place to make your main diet or everyday meal and that goes for any fast food place but I have to say when I do visit here it is always done right. Lots of great deals on the Wendys app and it helps to skip the line.

Anytime I'm in the mood for a fast food double patty stacked cheeseburger, I head over to Wendy's. Why? Because it has the distinction of tasting like a more expensive, non-fast food burger. The bakery bun, coupled with the melted American cheese, the lightly more fancy tomato, lettuce and red onion, and the salty, seasoned squares of beef makes me feel like I was at a fast-casual sit-down diner. And best of all, is that it's served very quickly and look & tastes delicious!

A store with efficient service and spacious sitting area. Saw some dirty tables and did not see anyone cleaning during my stay.

Next to 99 cent pizza this is the cheapest way to grab a quick and satisfying lunch in the neighborhood. Use the Wendy's app for even better deals. You can't go wrong with a 4-for-4 meal.This restaurant has friendly staff and just updated their ordering stations for quicker service if you pay with card. It gets super crowded and somewhat chaotic during lunch hours though. So try to get there before 12 or after 2 pm.

I order a chicken sandwich with fries & a 10 piece 🐔 nuggetts for my daughter.it didn't taste good.i eat at so many Wendy's & their food taste good.this one in mahhattan didn't eat so good.the food has no taste or flavour..the Wendy's in the bronx eat much better

At the moment you step in this place the waiters give you a great feeling. Very congenial team, it is a friendly restaurant to hang out with buddies or with your date. enjoyable meals, creative chef de cuisine, honest price and professional service. Warmly recommended.

Today was the first day I've ever had crispy nuggets and crispy fries from ANY of your locations. 99/100 times you go you get soggy, mediocre everything. I must say that if you are able to deliver this consistently at all of your locations, you are the king of fast food. Very impressed.

I had visited this Wendy's several months ago, and the place was appalling! It was so dirty, I ended up throwing my food away. I called the head office to inform them. I was delighted when I went there this time it was a complete 380! I enjoyed my favourite Wendy's once more!! Thanks for listening to your customers...
